How to request deletion
Option 1 — in the app (recommended)
- Open BigSlots on your Android device.
- Go to Profile and sign in if you are playing as a guest.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deleting an account removes your profile data, forfeits the coin balance and cancels pending withdrawals. The email address cannot be used to sign in to a deleted account again.
Option 2 — by email
If you cannot open the app, write to us:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- The email address you used to sign in, or — for a guest — the device or account ID shown in the app (Profile).
- A short statement: “I request deletion of my BigSlots account and associated personal data.”
What is deleted
- Your email address and sign-in identifiers (including a Google account identifier, where used) and device identifier.
- Profile settings and preferences, and push-notification tokens.
- Game progress and history linked to your identity.
- The coin balance (it is forfeited).
What may be retained, and why
Some records are kept in anonymised form, or for a limited time, where needed for fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, accounting and legal obligations:
- Anonymised ledger and withdrawal records.
- Security and abuse-prevention logs.
- Aggregated, non-identifying statistics. Analytics and crash-report data held by our processors are deleted or anonymised under their retention periods.
Processing time
In-app deletions are normally completed within minutes. Email requests are processed within 30 days of receipt, after we verify that the request comes from the account owner.
After deletion
- You can no longer sign in with the same email.
- The coin balance, history and progress cannot be restored.
- If you install the app again, a new account is created.
