What to include
- How you sign in (guest or email).
- A short description of the problem and when it started.
- Your device model and Android version, and the app version (Profile → Version).
- Screenshots or a screen recording, if you can share one. Never send passwords or one-time codes.
Response times
We aim to reply to support messages within 48 hours on weekdays. Privacy and data deletion requests are handled within 30 days.
