BigSlots Terms of Use
1. Acceptance and the Service
1.1. These Terms govern your use of the BigSlots Android app and website bigslot.me, operated by OMJET LLC (“Company”, “we”). By using the Service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1.2. BigSlots is an arcade game in a fruit-slot style played with game chips that have no cash value. It does not offer real-money gambling, betting or purchases of chips, and no payment is required to play or to receive coins.
1.3. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The Service may be unavailable or restricted in some regions.
2. Accounts
2.1. You may play as a guest or sign in with an email one-time code. Keep your credentials and codes secret. One person may keep one account; multiple accounts, automation and manipulation are prohibited.
2.2. You may delete your account in the app at any time. Deletion forfeits the coin balance and cancels pending withdrawals.
3. In-game coins
3.1. Chips are for play only: they have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged. Coins are granted for fixed daily tasks (and, where enabled, levels) independently of the symbols and your bet.
3.2. Coin amounts, daily limits, regional policy and the available reward budget are determined by the server and may be changed, reduced or paused at any time. Rewards are not guaranteed, are not a salary, income or investment, and no particular amount is promised.
3.3. The balance shown in the app is determined by the server. If the client and server disagree, the server record prevails. Obvious errors may be corrected.
4. Withdrawals
4.1. Where withdrawals are available, you may request one only if you meet the eligibility conditions, minimum amount and payout method shown in the app at that time. A guest account may need to sign in first.
4.2. Requests may be reviewed (including for fraud, sanctions and identity checks), delayed, reduced or declined. We are not responsible for fees, taxes or delays of third-party payout providers. You are responsible for taxes on anything you receive.
4.3. Withdrawals may be unavailable in some builds, regions or periods.
5. Acceptable use
5.1. You must not cheat, tamper with the app or network traffic, use bots, emulators or scripts to obtain rewards, exploit bugs, resell accounts or coins, or harm the Service or other users. We may withhold rewards, restrict or terminate accounts for violations.
6. Advertising
6.1. Some versions of the app may show ads from third-party networks. Ad failure does not block you from playing.
7. Intellectual property
7.1. The app, its artwork and code belong to the Company or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use BigSlots for personal, non-commercial purposes. BigSlots is independent and is not affiliated with Google or any other brand named in the Service.
8. Changes and availability
8.1. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, the reward programme or the Service. We may require you to update the app to continue using it. We will publish material changes to these Terms with a new date.
9. Disclaimers and liability
9.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost coins due to outages, limits or rule changes, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is normally zero). Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law and contact
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections of your country remain unaffected.
